Welcome to the Weston Park International Model Air Show

Celebrating its 30th Anniversary in 2027, the Weston Park International Model Air Show has become one of the world's leading model flying events, attracting thousands of visitors and pilots from across the country and around the world.

Set within the stunning grounds of the historic Weston Park Estate in Shropshire, the show offers three days of spectacular flying, family entertainment and a fantastic atmosphere that keeps people coming back year after year.

From high-speed turbine jets and giant scale aircraft to beautifully detailed World War II warbirds, helicopters and precision aerobatics, the flying programme showcases some of the very best pilots and models in the hobby. Whether you're a lifelong aviation enthusiast or simply looking for a great family day out, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Away from the flying displays, visitors can explore a wide range of trade stands, browse the craft marquee, enjoy the family fun fair, discover vehicle and boat displays, and choose from a great selection of food and drink throughout the weekend.

As daylight fades on Saturday, the entertainment continues with our spectacular Firework & Pyrotechnic Display, bringing another unforgettable day at Weston Park to a close.

With over 1,000 acres of beautiful parkland, a magnificent stately home and a friendly atmosphere that's become synonymous with the event, there's no better place to experience one of the world's premier model air shows.

What makes the Weston Park show special is the combination of an exceptional trade line-up, the best pilots and models around, a unique, friendly and welcoming atmosphere created by the organisers to ensure there's something special for families and modellers alike.

The show is the brainchild of Steven Bishop, a man of worldwide modelling acclaim. Steve and his son Matthew are most well known for their scale Red arrows duo display, which has taken them around the world and brings many visitors to Weston Park each year to marvel at the two time world champion formation display. Steve is supported by his wife Jan who keeps the administration side of the airshow running and keeps Steve relatively sane all year round. With the professionalism of the team headed by Steve and Jan, attendees of the show enjoy world class entertainment!

Gates open each day at 08:00, show starts 10:00 and ends at 17:30

Saturday evening dusk show starts at 20:30 and ends at 23:00
