The display program is usually available a couple of weeks before the show. It will be published on our website, Facebook page and a large printed copy of the daily schedule is on view at the commentary box which can be found in the centre of the crowd line parallel to the runway.

Do you have a viewing area for guests in wheelchairs?
The event is laid out allowing for people to be sitting for long periods watching the action, therefore wheelchair users will have a good view from wherever they choose to sit.
What toilet facilities are available for the disabled?
What security measures are in place at the Show?
We have 24 hour security for the duration of the event. The whole site is patrolled by security staff 24/7.
Is there any public transport to get to the event?
Can I take pictures/film?
Yes, the more the merrier. And by all means share your pictures and videos to our Facebook page.
Can I have a BBQ?
Do you have reserved seating?
No, you need to bring your own camping chair or picnic rug. Location of seating is on a first come first served basis. If you want to be at the front of the viewing area we would advise you find a spot early in the day, ideally before the flying begins at 10:00.
Is the showground suitable for wheelchairs or people with physical disabilities?
The show is held in the grounds of Weston Park. The whole area is cut grass which is relatively easy for wheelchair users and people with physical disabilities to get around on. However as this is an open air event the ground can become boggy after very heavy rain.
