Our three-day event attracts visitors from across the UK and beyond, providing an excellent opportunity to promote your company, meet potential customers and generate sales.

With our special 30th anniversary celebrations taking place in 2027, we look forward to welcoming traders back to Weston Park for another fantastic show.

Book Your Trade Stand

Trade space is allocated on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. Complete your application form and arrange payment to secure your pitch.

Trade Space Rates

Trade space is charged at £14 per linear foot of frontage, with a minimum charge of £160.

The standard pitch has a depth allowance of approximately 40 feet:

• Up to 20 feet for your trade stand.

• A further 20 feet for a caravan or tent.

Larger trade stands must be declared at the time of booking and may incur an additional charge depending on the frontage required.

Marquee placement: If you arrange your own marquee through an external contractor, please add the £15 placement fee to your payment.

Please ensure that you complete all relevant sections, sign the form to confirm your acceptance of the terms and conditions, and return the signed copy by email or post.

Payment Details

Payment must be made by BACS using the following details:

• Account name: Model Expo

• Sort code: 30-18-55

• Account number: 03053178

Once your signed application form and full payment have been received, an invoice/receipt will be issued along with your trade passes.

Important Information

• Trade passes are numbered and non-transferable.

• Please ensure your stand frontage and any additional requirements are accurately declared when booking.

• Applicants must read and accept the terms and conditions accompanying the application form.
